LSRfm.com Presents: 'Leeds LIve - Politics Debate'
Leeds Student Radio is proud to announce that it is
hosting a live politics debate on Thursday 5th November from Stylus in the University of Leeds Student Union. This
interactive event is free to everyone that wishes to attend and you will be welcome to put questions to the panel. This
event will also be broadcast live on LSRfm.com from 6:30-7:30 and will feature candidates from all the major political
parties who are fighting the student occupied constituency of Leeds North West at the 2010 Election. The panel will comprise
of, amongst others;
Greg Mulholland MP – Lib Dem Party Candidate
Cllr Judith Blake
– Labour Party Candidate
Julia Mulligan – Conservative Party Candidate
Cllr David
Blackburn – Green Party Candidate
This unique event will give students and people of
Leeds the opportunity to directly question its representatives on a wide variety of issues. The countdown to the General
Election is on and LSRfm.com is giving people the opportunity to take part in democracy and enhance the political process.
An event like this has never been hosted live on student radio before and our aim is to put on an invigorating and special
occasion that is passionate about issues and shows the Leeds Community the power of debate.

like to attend the debate please arrive at Stylus from 6.00pm and grab yourself a drink and a seat.
